This is DOG&DEV's current text; it has not yet been reviewed by an independent lawyer. Under a contract, the signed quote and its annexes prevail.

Placette is in beta. Features marked "coming soon" have not been delivered yet. The information on this website is indicative; only a written quote binds the company.
Placette is not an official alert system. It does not replace BE-Alert, FR-Alert or Alertswiss. In an emergency, call 112.
4. Intellectual property
The Placette brand, the texts, illustrations and code of the website are protected. The app previews use entirely fictional content; no coat of arms, logo or name of a real municipality is used without that municipality's written consent.
5. Applicable law
Law: le droit belge. Competent courts: les tribunaux de Bruxelles, sous réserve des règles impératives de compétence.
