Privacy policy
This policy explains how Martin Lechêne, sous l'enseigne DOG&DEV ("Placette") processes personal data for the website and for the product.
This is DOG&DEV's current text; it has not yet been reviewed by an independent lawyer. Under a contract, the signed quote and its annexes prevail.
1. Who is responsible for what?
For the data of this website (presentation requests), Placette is the controller. For the data of residents and staff of a municipality that uses the product, the municipality is the controller and Placette is its processor, under a data processing agreement. Privacy contact: contact@doganddev.eu.
2. Data collected by the website
Only when you submit the request form: name of the municipality, country, number of inhabitants, your role, your work e-mail address, your phone and message (optional), where the request came from (page and any utm_* campaign parameters) and the proof of your consent (date, version of the text, an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address). Phone and message are stored encrypted. Visits are counted anonymously (daily totals per page and campaign, with no cookie, identifier or stored IP address; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured). No cookies, advertising identifiers, third-party analytics tools or third-party scripts are used.
3. Purpose, legal basis, retention
Purpose: to reply to your request and arrange a meeting. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: 36 mois après le dernier contact, or until you ask for erasure. The proof of consent is kept in pseudonymised form (Article 7(1) GDPR). There is no newsletter, and your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
4. The product
The municipality decides the purposes and means of processing its residents' data; Placette processes it only on its instructions. Data is hosted in the European Union, or in Switzerland for Swiss municipalities. Push notifications go through Google and Apple, which may process data outside the Union. The list of sub-processors is in the French version of this policy and in the data processing agreement.
5. Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Use the link in the acknowledgement e-mail or the "Erase my request" page to erase your request yourself; you can also write to contact@doganddev.eu. Complaints: l'Autorité de protection des données (APD, Belgique), autoriteprotectiondonnees.be ; pour les communes d'un autre pays, l'autorité de ce pays (CNIL en France, CNPD au Luxembourg, PFPDT en Suisse).
